General Questions and Answers

1. Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. mtctickets.com is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. mtctickets.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

2. Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices and availability are subject to change at any time. All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed by MTCtickets.

3. Online orders placed after 5PM CST weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next business day.

4. All listed ticket prices are in U.S. dollars and cents.

5. Although we strive to meet and exceed our customer's expectations, in rare instances specific seat locations are not available. If the specific seats you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to provide you with tickets of the same or greater value. If no comparable tickets are available you will receive an email or phone call with alternative locations and pricing options.

Refunds

1. Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us.

2. When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

3. If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable. If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not be issued. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.

Shipping Methods

Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping method. MTC currently uses FedEx with the following rates:
• FedEx 2nd Day $13.00
• FedEx Overnight $16.00
• FedEx Overnight Priority $18.00
• FedEx Saturday Delivery $26.00
• FedEx Canada $26.00
• FedEx International $37.00

Billing and Shipping Addresses the same

If your billing and shipping addresses match and your payment is successfully charged, your tickets will be issued immediately unless otherwise specified above in general Q&A.

Shipping Address does not Match Billing Address

MTC Tickets ships to customers with a different billing and shipping address. However, to protect us and our customers from fraudulent activities, if your shipping address differs from your billing address and your order amount exceeds $200.00, a fax authorization is automatically sent to your email once you complete your order. You must sign and email or fax it back to MTC Tickets along with a copy of your driver's license and credit card. Tickets will not be issued until you have completed the steps described above.
