Since entering the league in 1967 with five other teams that would boost the total number of teams in the league to twelve, the St. Louis Blues, and their fans with Blues hockey tickets have seen their fair share of legendary hockey players and historic moments. In the middle of the first season of the teams existence, fans with Blues tickets saw Hall of Fame hockey coach Scotty Bowman begin his coaching career.

Over the years, holders of Blues tickets have seen players accumulate numerous individual awards. An award like the Hart Trophy, which is the league most valuable player award, was awarded to Brett Hull in 1991 while the Barret Jackman took home the Calder Trophy, which is given to the rookie of the year, in 2003. Holders of Blues hockey tickets have also seen great coaches like Red Berenson, Brian Sutter, and Joel Quennville win the Jack Adams Trophy, which is presented to the coach of the year at the end of each season.

Since 1994, holders of St. Louis Blues tickets have gone to the Savvis Center, which was formerly known as the Kiel Center, to watch all of the Blues home games. The new arena replaced the former home of the Blues, the Kiel Auditorium, at the beginning of the 1993-94 season. For home games, nearly 19,000 holders of Blues tickets arrive at the Savvis Center, hoping to catch a Blues win. The Center offers great amenities to fans with Blues hockey tickets, including a remodeled restaurant and sports bar. The center hosts up to 175 different events throughout the year, ranging from hockey and basketball games to live concerts to professional figure skating.

Currently, holders of Blues tickets look to head coach Mike Kitchen to lead their team to victory. Kitchen knows both the team and the fans with Blues hockey tickets because he was an assistant on the Blues coaching staff from 1998 up until 2004, when Kitchen was named the teams head coach.

Coming off of the strike, the Blues were unable to make any major acquisitions and it hurt them during the 2005-2006 regular season. The Blues finished dead last in the Western Conference last year with a 21-46-15 record. This year however, the Blues' new owner has decided to up the ante and go after some star players. The Blues are going to be as talented and exciting as ever for the 2006-2007 season and tickets are selling fast. It's never too early to purchase Blues tickets for the 2007 season.
