University of Wisconsin Badger football is full of great historical moments. The 1942 Wisconsin Badgers team delighted fans with Wisconsin football tickets by bringing a National Championship to the University of Wisconsin, but that is not all they did. Many members of the team, including two-time All-American Dave Schreiner, made holders of Wisconsin tickets and the rest of America alike proud by serving in the Army during World War II after the season. Now, Badgers football allows fans with Wisconsin tickets to participate in one of the greatest traditions in college football: the Fifth Quarter. This tradition consists of 30,000 to 40,000 fans with Wisconsin football tickets remaining in the stadium after the game for up to an hour. Here, fans with Wisconsin Badgers football tickets, led by Bucky Badger, who has been the Wisconsin football mascot since 1949, and the Wisconsin Marching Band, sing Wisconsin fight songs. Holders of Wisconsin football tickets sing such songs as On Wisconsin, You’ve Said it All, and Varsity. Amazingly, fans with Wisconsin football tickets enjoy this tradition following wins and losses. Also, in both home and away games, fans with Wisconsin Badgers football tickets will stay after the game for the Fifth Quarter. When games are at home, fans with Wisconsin football tickets enjoy the comfort of Camp Randall Stadium. For all Badgers home games, Camp Randall Stadium opens its doors to over 76,000 fans with Wisconsin tickets, and few are disappointed when inside. In consideration of holders of Wisconsin Badgers football tickets, the seats in the stadium were designed to point toward the center of the field, creating excellent lines of sight. The Stadium is able to accommodate so many fans with Wisconsin football tickets due to its horseshoe shape and double deck structure. Camp Randall Stadium, combined with the traditions and history of Badger football, provide the guarantee of a memorable time for anyone who is lucky enough to have Wisconsin Badgers football tickets.
