In downtown Milwaukee sits the home of the Milwaukee Bucks and fans with Bucks basketball tickets, the Bradley Center. Originally opening in October of 1988, the Bradley Center has provided the home court for over 18,000 fans that purchase Bucks tickets for every Bucks home game. The Center also offers sixty-seven suites on the second level of the arena for any fan interested in purchasing such Milwaukee Bucks tickets. However, it was not at the Bradley Center where the Milwaukee Bucks franchise began, but at the Mecca where fans previously purchased Bucks tickets instead. After the franchise entered the NBA in 1968, it took only three years, the shortest time span of any team in any professional sport history, for holders of Bucks basketball tickets and the team to enjoy their first NBA championship. Much of this success resulted from the 1969 drafting of the post prolific scorer in NBA history, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Abdul-Jabbar quickly became a fan favorite, as fans purchased Milwaukee Bucks tickets to watch the player who would win not only Rookie of the Year, but also three Most Valuable Player awards in his first five seasons. With Abdul-Jabbar and teammate Oscar Robinson leading the way, fans bought Bucks tickets to watch their Bucks charge through the regular season and ultimately win the NBA title in 1971. Now, after many seasons of ups and downs, fans with Bucks tickets hope that Coach Terry Porter can lead the Bucks back to the NBA championship. Porter, the eighth coach in Bucks franchise history, played in the NBA for seventeen seasons. In his playing career, Porter's team only missed the playoffs in one season. Owners of Milwaukee Bucks tickets hope that Porter's success as a player will translate into success as a coach and lead the Bucks back to the top of the league. It's never too early to purchase Bucks tickets for the 2007 season. Buy Bucks tickets today from MTC Tickets. View Milwaukee Bucks Game Schedule: |
