1. Is MTCTickets.com web site secure?

Yes. MTCTickets.com uses a 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption from GoDaddy(The GoDaddy icon is in Flash. Download Macromedia Flash Player here) for our site. SSL is an industry standard encryption that encrypts all your personal information, credit card number, emails, and name before they are transmitted over the internet. To verify that SSL is enabled before you enter sensitive personal information, please look for a lock image on your browser or the address that starts out with "https://www.mtctickets.com/...."

2. Are my tickets guarenteed once I order those tickets?

No. In most cases, once you order the set of tickets you want, it is reserved for you and you are guarenteed for those tickets. However, sometimes the set of tickets may have be reserved by someone else and the payment is still pending. If that customer successfully pays for the tickets, he or she will get the tickets. When that happens, we reserve the right to provide you with tickets of the same or greater value.

3. When can I expect to receive my tickets after I order them?

Our sales staff will need to determine if the tickets you ordered are available first before they can process your order. All orders are processed within 24 hours after submission, and generally ship less than 7 days after your order is received. All tickets are delivered via FedEx. In case of special circumstances you will be notified immediately after your order is received.

4. If I pay by credit card, when is it charged?

Your credit card is charged once your tickets are guarenteed and your billing address has been verified.

5. I received a fax authorization. Why did I receive it?

To protect our customers and MTCTickets.com from fraudulent activities, we issue fax authorizations for several reasons. If your order is a large amount, you will receive a fax authorization. If your shipping address differs from your billing address and the order exceeds $200.00, you will receive a fax authorization. MTC Tickets reserves the right to issue fax authorizations at our discretion.

6. What does it mean "tickets may be sold above face value"?

Above face value means that the price we sell to you is higher than the price printed on the ticket. The price of a ticket is driven by demand. The hotter the event, the more expensive tickets will be. We as a ticket broker also pay tickets that are above face value to obtain them.

7. I cannot understand some ticket descriptions. Can you elaborate?

Sure. The descriptions are explained below

GA - General Admission
LV - Limited View
PV - Partial View
OBS, OB, Obst - Obstructed View
In Hand - Tickets are physically in our office.
WC - Wheelchair accessible/
Will Call - Tickets left at designated location.
Piggyback, Piggy - Seats are located one in front of the other rather than side to side.
Ticketfast - Electronic paper ticket from Ticketmaster. It is a valid ticket which has a scannable bar code
Strip, Book - Includes all games related to the game or tournament

8. What are your shipping rates?

MTCTickets.com currently uses FedEx with the shipping rates shown below:

• FedEx Overnight $16.00
• FedEx Overnight Priority $18.00
• FedEx Saturday Delivery $26.00
• FedEx Canada $26.00
• FedEx International $37.00

9. What payments do you take?

We accept all major credit cards including AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

10. Is MTC Tickets a legitimate ticket broker?

Yes. MTC Tickets is a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) online and the National Association of Ticket Brokers. Click here to see our Better Business Bureau profile.

11. Can I sell my tickets through your site?

Yes. Just click on the "Sell Tickets" tab on the top of the page and fill out the form. It is that easy.
